Williams Ridge Technology Park offers tenants the ability to expand customized space without a change of address or location. Office space can range in size from 500 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft., while warehouse and manufacturing space is from 5,000 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft. We offer a competitive commission schedule for referrals, build-to-suit sites, or straight lease rates. Williams Ridge space configurations vary depending on availability. Build-out of this site includes custom buildings that can be specially designed to provide signature facilities for individual companies.

Phase II is currently operational with a 35,000 sq. ft. prestigious, professional office building, and 32,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse facility. Over 25,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space is currently occupied by four different companies.

Complete support services are available to all tenants within the corporate complex.

Clients that wish to incorporate in Nevada while keeping facilities in other states can look to Williams Ridge for warehousing and distribution of their products.
